This website (yanchepnationalpark.com.au) is an independent, unofficial guide published for general information and trip planning. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA), Parks and Wildlife Service, Explore Parks WA, the Western Australian Government, Tourism WA, Whadjuk or Yued Traditional Owner organisations, Treetops Adventure, Yanchep Inn, Chocolate Drops, or any other government agency or commercial operator unless explicitly stated.

Outdoor recreation involves risk. Yanchep mixes a busy visitor precinct (koalas, picnic ovals, McNess House) with limestone caves, wetland paths, tuart woodland and a 12.4 km Class 3 Ghost House loop. Heat, bushfire, ticks, mosquitoes, sand, limestone trip hazards and thin phone coverage on longer trails are real. You are responsible for your decisions, fitness, navigation, weather assessment, heat management, Walk Safe registration where advised, and compliance with park rules (including no dogs, no feeding wildlife, stay-on-track / dieback hygiene, fire bans, drone rules, and not climbing ruins or cave gates). Always verify track status, fees, hours, cave tickets and safety information on official Explore Parks WA resources and alerts.dbca.wa.gov.au and emergency.wa.gov.au.

Dollar figures and hours on this site are planning figures marked [VERIFY] against live official pages. They go stale. Attraction fees (Crystal Cave, Aboriginal Cultural Experience, golf) are a separate till from vehicle park entry and from Henry White camping. This site never sells park entry, Parks Passes, cave tickets or official Park Stay. Not walked for this date.

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for loss or injury arising from use of the information here.

This site does not publish a public contact email or contact form. See Contact. Emergencies: 000. Official park information phone (McNess House, [VERIFY]): (08) 9303 7759 — not a mailbox for this website.

Place photography on this guide is primarily real photography from Wikimedia Commons and similar sources under Creative Commons or public-domain terms (for example CC BY-SA / CC BY / CC0). Captions credit the photographer and licence where used. Images may still not show exact current track status, weather or facilities — always rely on Explore Parks WA / DBCA and on-site information. Licence short names are as recorded on Commons (for example CC BY-SA 4.0). For full licence text, follow each file link. We adapt images for web display (resize/compress); attribution still applies.

AI plates (where listed below) are labelled xAI Imagine · AI-generated · illustrative. They are not live photographs of the koala colony, ovals or cave interior. Do not treat them as current conditions.

Stay-page card photos are place-context only — they do not depict specific hotels listed on Booking.com. Yanchep Inn imagery is heritage / commercial context, not a Booking.com listing and not Henry White camping. The Inn plate is recorded as an unverified / processed file pending a clean Commons licence — do not treat that row as a confirmed CC BY-SA work.
