Dwerta Mia Walk Trail

Area: Crystal Cave & limestone country

Easy interpretive walk with a short Boomerang Gorge option. Limestone country without committing to the 4.5 km Caves loop. Stay on signed paths.

Do not pair: Do not treat this as Ghost House “because limestone”.

Turnaround: Short loop — just go back.

  • Scrambling off-track in Boomerang Gorge
  • Easy interpretive (~2.1 km, or ~500 m Boomerang Gorge loop) [VERIFY]

Interpretive limestone, not a cave ticket

Dwerta Mia / Boomerang Gorge is the easy limestone story above ground. Crystal Cave remains a guided ticket. Do not conflate them.

Extra tips

  • Pairs with a cave tour if legs still have something left.
  • Interpretive signs beat inventing cultural stories.

Often paired with Caves Walk— only if energy and weather allow.
